Travellers already plan trips with ChatGPT. msg2ai turns your catalog into a ChatGPT app, so the plan is built from your places, rooms and offers, and the traveller continues with your AI Ambassador on WhatsApp.

Visit Jamaica⏳ I’m putting your cards together — things to do, restaurants and visit info. They’ll be here shortly.
Why it matters
“Four days in Montego Bay for two” is a normal thing to type into ChatGPT. What happens next decides who gets the guest.
ChatGPT answers from whatever it finds on the open web
ChatGPT calls your app, which answers from your own catalog
The guest is sent to someone else's booking site
The guest books direct, or plans with your places and partners
The conversation ends when the chat window closes
It continues on WhatsApp with your AI Ambassador, trip in hand
How it works
They ask ChatGPT for a trip, a table or a room. ChatGPT calls your app, which builds a day-by-day plan, restaurant picks or live availability from your catalog, and draws it as a card in the chat.
When they want a local concierge, the card shows a personal visit code and an Open in WhatsApp button. On a computer, they scan the QR code with their phone instead.
Your concierge greets them already knowing their dates, party and interests, sends the plan as WhatsApp cards, and answers questions before and during the stay.
On WhatsApp
Once the traveller sends their code, your concierge builds their cards from the plan and your catalog: a welcome hub, things to do and restaurants. These are from Visit Jamaica.

Welcome, Ana! Everything for your visit to Jamaica is here — tap below, or just ask me anything. Reply plan for your day-by-day plan.

Things to do09:22
Things to do in Jamaica, picked for your visit.09:22
Two to ten swipeable cards, each with a photo, a short description and the same two buttons. Carousels are WhatsApp templates, so Meta reviews them first, usually within minutes.
Restaurants09:23
Where to eat in Jamaica, picked for you.

The same picks as a tap-to-choose list of up to ten. It needs no photos and no review, so it stands in whenever a carousel can't be sent.
Nothing half-built reaches the guest. Each card is checked before it is sent: the photos load, the buttons follow WhatsApp's rules, and the carousels are approved. Then the whole set arrives together.

Who it's for
Each app is built for one business and only knows its catalog. What the guest can do depends on what you offer.

plan_group_programrequest_proposalWhat's inside
ChatGPT draws your app's card in the chat: the plan, the visit code, the WhatsApp button and a QR code for desktop.
Guests pick dates on a calendar. Sold-out nights are never priced, and the server prices again from your catalog when it books.
Book & pay opens a Stripe checkout. Card details never touch ChatGPT or msg2ai, and an unpaid hold releases the room.
A welcome hub, destination info, and carousels of things to do and restaurants, built for this traveller's visit.
Give booked travellers a museum entry or a tasting. Each voucher arrives on WhatsApp and is redeemed once with the venue's PIN.
Assistants that only browse can build a link from your website that hands the traveller to WhatsApp the same way.
Your app speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP, so ChatGPT and other MCP-capable assistants can connect to it.
Turn your app off for everyone from the msg2ai dashboard. Your catalog and connections stay, ready to switch back on.
Privacy by design
The hand-off was designed so that consent, cost and identity all come from one tap by the traveller, not from ChatGPT.
A visit code does nothing until the traveller sends it from their own WhatsApp. Nobody can message them first.
ChatGPT never receives or shares a phone number. Your concierge learns it only when the guest writes.
The trip summary holds a first name, dates, party size and interests. Never an email, phone number or card.
A code binds to the first WhatsApp number that sends it. Anyone else gets a general reply and none of the details.
The trip summary is cleared three days after departure. An unused code expires on its own.
Reply STOP on WhatsApp and the concierge stops messaging, through the same opt-out as every msg2ai assistant.

Visit Pass is our first ChatGPT app, built on msg2ai and running in production. Travellers plan from curated Jamaica experiences, then continue with a local concierge on WhatsApp.

Both names are in use. Technically it is an MCP server that ChatGPT connects to, with a card that ChatGPT draws in the chat. It can be submitted to OpenAI's directory, where OpenAI reviews every listing, or added to ChatGPT as a custom plugin for your own team or a pilot.
No. ChatGPT never receives or passes on a phone number. The guest taps Open in WhatsApp and sends their visit code from their own phone. That message is their opt-in, and it is the first time your AI Ambassador sees their number.
The plan, the free rooms and the offers are worked out in code from your own catalog, not by the model. A room that is sold out on any night of the stay is never priced, and your app never suggests a place that is not in your catalog.
For hotels and vacation rentals that turn it on, yes. The guest picks dates on a calendar in the chat, sees only the rooms or homes that are free, and pays on a secure Stripe checkout page. Card details never touch ChatGPT or msg2ai.
ChatGPT today. Your app is a standard MCP server, so other assistants that support MCP can connect to it too. Assistants that only browse the web can use a plan link on your website, which hands the traveller to WhatsApp in the same way.
The trip summary holds a first name, dates, party size and interests, never an email, phone number or card. A visit code works for one WhatsApp number only, and the summary is cleared three days after departure. Guests can reply STOP at any time.
Yes. One switch in the msg2ai dashboard turns your app off for everyone who added it. Your catalog and connections are kept, so switching it back on restores it as it was.
It depends on the size of your catalog, your channels and whether guests book through it. Book a demo and we will quote for your destination, hotel or homes.
A 30-minute call: we'll show Visit Pass live and sketch your app from your own catalog.
